Cronton student visits University of Cambridge for a day of law
An aspiring barrister from Cronton Sixth Form College has received a kick start to her future career after being selected from hundreds of applicants to attend a Law Taster Day at the University of Cambridge.
Chloe Lee is currently studying her A levels at Cronton and is also part of the ‘Tomorrow’s Lawyers’ programme at the College, which aims to provide opportunities to students who are looking to progress into careers in law, giving them the skills and experience needed to apply for the top university courses in this area.
Chloe said, “My law tutor at College told me about the special law taster day at Christ College, Cambridge and I was delighted when found out that I had been accepted onto this event. It will give me the experience of both a law degree and also life at a prestigious university. This will be a fantastic experience and will help me with my application to university in my second year. I am planning to apply to the University of Cambridge amongst other Russell Group Universities.”
