Adventure in the Alps
Adventurous students at Cronton Sixth Form had the exciting opportunity to travel to the French Alps for a magnificent skiing trip to Les Deux Alpes ski resort.
Students from a mixture of different courses took part on the annual ski trip, which took place over seven eventful days.
On arrival, the students picked up their ski equipment before going on a tour of the popular resort. Over the next week, the students who ranged from beginner to advanced level skiers enjoyed four hours of skiing and tuition per day on the breath-taking slopes. The sporty students spent their free time taking part in other activities such as bowling, bum boarding, quiz nights, ice skating and souvenir shopping.
Deputy Head of Cronton, Ben Barton said, “The students had a great time skiing and all improved their skills over the week. It was a fantastic trip for all of the students and one they will remember for years to come. We are all looking forward to the next skiing trip next year!”
