Results Day Information 2025

As we approach the release of exam results, we want to ensure that all students are well informed and prepared. This period marks a significant milestone in your academic journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

A Level, Level 3 BTEC & UAL Results

For those who would like to join us on results day, celebrating our student’s success, please see results day arrangements below:

Date: Thursday 14th August 2025
Time: 8am – 10am
Location 1: Brasserie (A Level Results)
Location 2: WB11 (BTEC, UAL and T Level Results – Year 2)
Please enter the campus through the main reception

College staff, including our careers advisors, will be available in Cube 1 from 8am to offer support, and advice on clearing. Alternatively, students can contact us on acecronton@riversidecollege.ac.uk
Results will be posted on solar and emailed to students email accounts from 9am should students not wish to come into college or are unable to do so.

For exam queries, Dan Adams will be available in WB2 during the morning.

UCAS Clearing Process: If you are not satisfied with your results, please log on to UCAS to check your university status. Some universities may still accept you even if you did not meet the offer requirements. If you have been declined from both your firm and insurance choices, you can apply for clearing through UCAS. Clearing is a list of university courses that still have available places, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please find attached more information on the UCAS clearing process.

Clearing Top Tip: Universities are sent A Level and BTEC/UAL results early. Plan for contingency – create a list of 5 courses that are currently on the clearing list (now live). Write their admissions phone numbers. Click on this link for more information.

Students who are continuing with their current course in September are advised to access and review their examination results via SOLAR LITE.

GCSE & Level 2 Results (BTEC & UAL)

GCSE Results
Date: Thursday 21st August 2025
Time: 9am – 10.30am
Location: Cronton – Cube 1 (via main reception)

GCSE results will also be posted on Solar and sent to student email addresses from 9am.

Level 2 results (Level 1/2 BTEC & UAL qualifications only): results will be posted on Solar from 9am, there is no need for students to come into college to collect these.

Alternatively, you can collect these upon return to college if you are a returning student.
