New Student Day 2020

We are delighted that you are joining us as a student in September and can’t wait to see you soon! Due to the current restrictions, New Student Days will not be taking place in college as planned. However, you will not miss out because we are hosting a virtual event instead and will be on offer between 6th- 10th July between 12pm – 3pm. This is called Virtual Tasters Week and you can register now!

We know that 2020 has been a difficult year and we want you to know that we are all here for you at college. Your tutors can’t wait to welcome you to the college and understand that you may be feeling a little more nervous and anxious but want to reassure you that they will do everything they can to help you settle in, make new friends and enjoy college life. We have a fabulous pastoral and additional support team should you need any extra help and support.

During this week, you will be able to join on a day and at a time that’s convenient for you! Your tutors will be there ready to welcome you to the college and your course, tell you about some of the exciting things you can look forward to, and have a go at some activities to get you ready for September. You will also get to meet some current and past students and hear from them what it’s really like to be a student at the college. Support teams will be on offer to talk you through any concerns you may have and there will be a live chat throughout each of the days between 12 pm and 3 pm.

There will be also be useful videos and tutorials about the college bus routes, college bursary scheme and the most up to date information about enrolment and how September will look.
